The messages we send
Honey Do Solutions LLC sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have requested a quote, scheduled work, or have an active project with us. These messages include:
- Quote-ready notifications — letting you know your estimate is prepared.
- Invoice and payment updates — billing and payment status for your project.
- Job scheduling and arrival updates — appointment times and when we're on the way.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number when requesting a quote or scheduling service — in person, by phone, or through our quote request form — and agreeing to receive project-related text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on project activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
